Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 2 Days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a return.

Return Charges

• Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid

Refund Policy 

• Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged product.
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, we will process the refund within 9 to 15 business days.

Unboxing Video Requirement

• If there are any missing items in your package, an unboxing video is mandatory to verify the claim and send a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or until the order status is marked as ‘Processing’ (before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.
